We want you to be completely satisfied with Compendio. Here's our refund policy:

• Free Trial: All new users receive a free trial period. We encourage you to fully explore the platform during this time.
• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are provided within 7 days of the billing date if you're not satisfied, minus any eventual AI generation costs, if you have used the service.
• Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel but no refund will be provided; you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. We will deduct any AI generation costs, if you have used the generation features.
• Disputes: If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at support@compendio.net before initiating a chargeback. We're committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Note: Compendio is a digital service. No physical goods are sold, so no return shipping is required.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
• After your subscription ends, your account will revert to the free tier. Your data will be preserved.
• If you wish to delete your account entirely, you can do so from the settings page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From time to time, Compendio may offer promotional discounts or special offers. The following terms apply:

• Promotional discounts are valid only during the specified promotional period.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Promotional pricing applies to the initial billing period only, unless otherwise specified. Subsequent renewals will be at the standard rate.
• Compendio reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
• Promotional offers are for new subscriptions only, unless specified otherwise.

Service Availability: Compendio is available worldwide. However, users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the service complies with local laws and regulations.

Export Restrictions: As a cloud-based software service, Compendio does not involve the export of controlled goods or technology. Users are responsible for compliance with any applicable export laws in their jurisdiction.
